Wuyi Gongfu Black, Spring 2017
This tea was organically produced in late spring 2017 and has quickly become one of our favorites! The flavor profile is much different than our usual selections, with a more savory edge than usual. Dominating notes are of daylily leaves and spice, with a very rich body that steeps to a dark orange pretty quickly. The leaves are enormous!
