Jasmine Pearls are made by delicately scenting fresh green tea leaves with jasmine blossoms, then rolling them into tight "pearls" to lock that gorgeous scent in!
The taste is super smooth and sweet jasmine without bitterness or astringency. The aroma is strongly jasmine but without being "perfumy" or cloyingly sweet. Definitely the best of this style I have come across, and these pearls are also organic!
I enjoy dropping 3-4 pearls into an 8oz glass, then pouring 170ºF water in. You can see the pearls unfurl as they release their flavor. When you drink down to about 1/3rd of the glass, pour more water in.
