Bai Ji Guan is a lightly-oxidized oolong from the Wuyi Mountains of China. The bushes are naturally very light in color and have a distinctive sweet and floral aroma. The experience is quite unique for a Wuyi oolong thanks to the lighter oxidation, giving berry and wildflower notes throughout. A very natural feeling tea!!
