For the perfect cup of yerba maté, measure 1 teaspoon of leaves and pour 8 ounces of 200ºF water over it. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain. This is a broad generalization that will end up with a fantastic-tasting cuppa every time, but please look at the product page for your specific tea, as most of the teas have been tested in 15 second intervals at different temperatures to reach the ideal flavor, and they may taste better with different time and temperature.
