The NewLeaf Tea Set is designed for a simple and clean way of brewing a large 2-cup mug of tea.
The large, extra fine tea infuser enables you to brew fine teas such as Rooibos tea as well as large whole-leaf teas like Oolong tea.
The lid functions as a drip dish for infuser.
NOTE: Some teas require 180ºF water for proper brewing. To reach this temperature, pour fresh boiling water into your NewLeaf mug and wait 6 minutes. By that time, 14-16 ounces of water should have cooled to 180ºF in a 70-75ºF environment (room temperature) and you can then place your infuser basket into the water to begin brewing.
